Textbook Example

People are often told that Japanese is an impossibly difficult language. That, unless the planets are perfectly aligned, and the moon in a certain phase, anything said in Japanese cannot be directly or faithfully conveyed in English. This is usually parroted by those who lack the knowledge or skillset to render Japanese appropriately into English. Unfortunately, many of these people are localising the Japanese experiences you want to enjoy. Often, with disastrous results.
